Has anyone ever been approved, then denied through compass with Aetna insurance?

I have been working with the Compass center. I was told I was approved in May, they made my plane reservation and scheduled me. Then 2 days before my flight they called and said there was a paperwork error with insurance and that they would reschedule me in another week. A month later they just sent me an email saying I was denied by insurance for reasons that did not make sense to me. And now they don't respond to my questions. Has anyone had similar experience and what did you do???
