It has been really hard for me to take care of myself hygenically

it's almost impossible to clip my toe nails, I cannot wipe my hiney unless I use tongs, you guys get the idea. I also have asthma I want to include them in my letter to insurance and I am unsure how to word it could someone email me please, [email protected]    — Grace H. (posted on June 12, 2002)

Look for an email from me, it's my letter I sent in and I think it covers a lot of what you said. If not, check out my profile as well - I think I have it in there worded somewhere along the line - I believe it was when I was answering a Q/A to another patient...feel free to read my journal.
