It has been really hard for me to take care of myself hygenically

it's almost impossible to clip my toe nails, I cannot wipe my hiney unless I use tongs, you guys get the idea. I also have asthma I want to include them in my letter to insurance and I am unsure how to word it could someone email me please, [email protected]
