I took my Psych evaluation a month ago

I took my Psych evalutation a month ago. today I called after finding out they had not sent results to btc yet. I got a snotty receptionist that said the doctor is very busy. and cannot get to it! But funny how they cashed the check from the insurance company already? what can I do other than call every day and push? Does this sound right?    — Kate D. (posted on June 10, 2002)

Kate...I am going through the same thing you are. It feels like such a grewling process. Getting my surgery done is all I think about. I keep waiting for them to call. I called last week to the BTC(Ypsilanti, MI) and got someone on the phone who was snotty with me. They must be receiving calls all the time and are losing their patience with us..lol. I hope to have my surgery during the summer while kids are off on summer break. Just before I read your question I wondered if I should call again. I don't want them to get totally sick of me calling, but don't know what else to do. Feel free to e-mail me.
