I took my Psych evaluation a month ago

I took my Psych evalutation a month ago. today I called after finding out they had not sent results to btc yet. I got a snotty receptionist that said the doctor is very busy. and cannot get to it! But funny how they cashed the check from the insurance company already? what can I do other than call every day and push? Does this sound right?
