Question:
vitalady...need an answer!!

I bought some of the sample packs from vitalady. on the package it says one scoop = xxx grams of protein. my question is this...is the whole bag a scoop or should we use a small scoop to add it to other things? Since its a "sample", I'd say one bag is one serving!

I too bought samples and had the same question. Since no scoop came with the sample, I had no idea. It seemed like the sample bags were much larger than a serving size. Including a scooper would have been helpful, or at least an indication of how many Tbs. a serving size was.

YES, ONE BAG IS ONE SERVING.. I JUST GOT MY SAMPLES AND IN THE DIRECTIONS THEY HAVE THE SERVING AMOUNT. Plus I emailed her and asked her and she emailed me the same day.. Good luck and enjoy

One sample = 1 serving. There SHOULD have been instructions with them! Mix with 4 oz of water, to start, adjust to taste. Add ice, if you like.
