Question:
I will be changeing from Kaiser to Cigna PPO and would like any info about Dr. Wetter
I have been jumping through Kaisers hoops for 7 months and have been told it will be another 8 months to a year. So I will be changeing my insurance to Cigna PPO and going to see Dr. Wetter. Can anyone tell me how thing's went with him and how long it took from your first visit to your surgery? — Amy M. (posted on January 8, 2002)

Amy, Dr. Wetter is in this site's database. Go to the top of any page and
click on "find a doc" and follow the links. You will find a list
of insurance companies that have paid for surgery and a list of members
that have used this surgeon. Included are comments from each member with
links to their profiles and e-mail addresses. I find that e-mailing them
specifically is the best way to target a specific group of members instead
of hoping that they see your question. I hope this is helpful and things
move quickly for you now. Shelley

Hi Amy,
I had my first post-op appointment with Dr. Wetter (pronounced Vetter) this
past Friday. I had LAP RNY with Dr. Baggs on 12/20/01. Dr. Baggs was
detained for my appointment so Dr. Wetter filled in (I had to wait a whole
3 minutes before seeing the doc). I have to tell you, you will be working
with some of the best there is. Both Docs are wonderful - I wouldn't trade
Dr. Baggs for anything :-) Terry will be scehduling you and working with
your insurance co. She is awesome (tell her Chris said hi :-) and nurse
Anne Timberlake at Mills is wonderful. The dietition was so sweet and all
the hospital personel were first rate. You will be so well taken care of.
Good luck with the surgery and you can visit Dr. Wetter and Dr. Baggs
