I will be changeing from Kaiser to Cigna PPO and would like any info about Dr. Wetter

I have been jumping through Kaisers hoops for 7 months and have been told it will be another 8 months to a year. So I will be changeing my insurance to Cigna PPO and going to see Dr. Wetter. Can anyone tell me how thing's went with him and how long it took from your first visit to your surgery?
