Question:
Is there caffein in instant iced tea mix?

I need to know if there is caffein in instant iced tea mixes. I am so tired of water, and crystal light! I found a great iced tea mix and drink plenty of it, its a good change from the h2o. But, I read all of the time caffeinated drinks dont count toward your daily water intake. I am worried this is hindering my weight loss. I have read all the labels on these mixes, but, I cant find ANYWHERE if they contain caffein. Please help me!! I dont want to stop drinking something I enjoy this much. Thanks for any responses. Unless the container says it is decaffinated, then it probably isn't. I use Nestea's decaf and I like it. There are a few different brands that have instant tea mixes available that are decaf, or you can buy decaf tea bags and make your own ice tea.

As far as I know most teas do contain caffine, I look for the ones that specify, usually herbal ones...:) Iced teas have caffine....sorry!

I love ice tea without sugar so i really scored on this one. I get the Lipton "lemon flavored" herbal tea. It comes in a small yellow box. I fill up my gallon pitcher with 4-5 tea bags and about a cup of hot water. Let it sit and then fill the rest with water and put in the fridge. It takes just like sun made tea with a hint of lemon.
