Is there caffein in instant iced tea mix?

I need to know if there is caffein in instant iced tea mixes. I am so tired of water, and crystal light! I found a great iced tea mix and drink plenty of it, its a good change from the h2o. But, I read all of the time caffeinated drinks dont count toward your daily water intake. I am worried this is hindering my weight loss. I have read all the labels on these mixes, but, I cant find ANYWHERE if they contain caffein. Please help me!! I dont want to stop drinking something I enjoy this much. Thanks for any responses.
