Question:
I have 2 questions, has anyone had any problems with the periods post op, I am 1 year

out and in the past few months they have gotten so irregular, i have one every 2 weeks for about 5 days. I am at goal and 35 yrs of age. went from 287-132.. also any suggestions on gaining some weight i want to put on about 10 lbs    — roxanne36 (posted on October 2, 2004)

You should get a complete check up with your GYN. Don't assume that this is post op related until everything checks out. Not to scare you but one of my wls friends had similar problems and her MD blew it off as wls post op....long story.. she died of ovarian cancer. It's always best to check things out. To gain weight graze between meals. Best of luck!

Hi congrats on your weight loss.I agree with the others you need to go get checked by a gyn.I am having problems and I am about to have everything taken out.I will turn 40 in November.This turned out what was causing me to be animec.I had to have a blood transfusion.Before I go in they will check it again.Good Luck 5'4" 264/147/135 out 1 year and 5 months
