I have 2 questions, has anyone had any problems with the periods post op, I am 1 year

out and in the past few months they have gotten so irregular, i have one every 2 weeks for about 5 days. I am at goal and 35 yrs of age. went from 287-132.. also any suggestions on gaining some weight i want to put on about 10 lbs
