Question:
ANYONE KNOWS OF A READY-TO-DRINK SMOOTHIE WITH ENOUGH PROTEIN IN IT?

Anyone knows of a ready-to-drink protein smoothie that has enough protein in it? I just returned from the grocery store and I found this one from Yoplait call "nouriche" and it has 10 grams of protein in it, but it has 46 grams of sugar in it. I go to Smoothie King and get a smoothie called the "Gladiator". I am not sure if you have one near by but the Gladiator has 53 grams of protein in a 20 oz size. Ofcourse it does take a wile to drink all of it. But it is very very good. Good Luck!

See my profile for a list of high-protein canned drinks and powders (there's something called "Extreme Smoothie" made by VHT, which has 35g and doesn't taste too bad). Also, I'll go to Smoothie King and ask for a smoothie with nothing but banana and 1 serving (2 scoops) of Isopure Vanilla; that has 50g, but if you're a recent post-op, that drink will take you nearly a day to finish. Bob... I love the Worldwide Ultra Pure Protein shakes too they taste great... Frosty Chocolate and Capuccino are my favorite. I order mine from Susan Maria at www.bariatriceating.com and they are less expensive than netrition plus shipping is one flat rate. I drink two cans a day as I dont like to fuss with protein powder.
