ANYONE KNOWS OF A READY-TO-DRINK SMOOTHIE WITH ENOUGH PROTEIN IN IT?

Anyone knows of a ready-to-drink protein smoothie that has enough protein in it? I just returned from the grocery store and I found this one from Yoplait call "nouriche" and it has 10 grams of protein in it, but it has 46 grams of sugar in it. Anyone has any suggestions?
