Question:
what can i expect during my pregancy...2.5yrs post op?

I had open RNY 2.5yrs ago. just got pregnant...yea!!! but would like to hear from someone who has done it what it is like...trying to gain enough weight...taking it off after...what about that extra tummy skin i have? where will it go? will i be able to deliver naturally with the scarring from surgery? etc etc. my e-mail is [email protected]    — anita A. I became pregnant shortly after my 1 year anniversary. Unfortunately for me I gained all my weight back between two pregnancies. I was told however that You should maintain what you would normally eat, with the exception of milk, adding an extra glass. You will need to make sure you get enough protein. As far as any other part of pregnancy it was just like anyone elses. I normal deliveries and pregnancies,so just remember you don't need to eat for two as the old saying goes.
