what can i expect during my pregancy...2.5yrs post op?

I had open RNY 2.5yrs ago. just got pregnant...yea!!! but would like to hear from someone who has done it what it is like...trying to gain enough weight...taking it off after...what about that extra tummy skin i have? where will it go? will i be able to deliver naturally with the scarring from surgery? etc etc. my e-mail is [email protected]
