Question:
I'm 4 months out and having cramps in my ads

I have surgery on 10/10/03. I haven't done a lot of exerice after surgery and recently I joined the gym. I'm wondering if I can be having these pain because I've overworked my abs. Have anyone have this problem and how long to take before you were able to do abs again? The advice nusre said I should contiune to do my ads. I alos I've noticed it's been raining lately and I'm wondering if rain is making my stomach cramp. Please let me know if you have a similiar situation happen to you. Anytra    — Anytra H. I am almost 5 month out and have noticed sometimes I hurt really bad! Mostly at night. I think it the healing process still going on. It goes away but sometimes I have to take something for the pain, it is that bad. I also thought it could be a hernia. I go back to the doc. next month. I will discuss it with him then. I suggest if yours gets worse you better talk to the doc. also. Good Luck, Tammy E.
