Question:
bcbs pos requires me to diet for 3 months before approval, any suggustions?
BCBS POS requires me to be on a dirt 3 months before approval, so should I actually try to lose weight? I am very close to the 100 pound mark and I'm scared if I'm serious about it I may lose some weight(and gain it back)but that they will deny me. Has anyone been through this? — Tammy S. It needs to be in good faith. TRY. The weight loss is ALWAYS a good thing.
I too, am a "light weight". I have 97 pounds to lose, but I also
have co-morbs. ~Michelle (surgery 11/21/03)

Hello, Have you have been to your Dr. in the last year and was told to
diet, given diet information or the Dr. discussed your weight. Have you
been to a weight watcher meeting, joined a gym or any other weight lose
program this year, than you have already fulfilled the requirement. List
all diets you have tried, with the dates and how much you weighed before and
after. Go back as for as you can up to 5 years and summit this to
insurance. It worked for me with BC/BS.Hope this helps. From another light
weight. 217/168/125
