Questions about area hospitals and surgeons

I am currently looking into WLS with 2 programs, the one at Baystate and the new one at Mercy, both Springfield, Mass. I was hoping some post ops could answer some questions1) How is Baystate aftercare program. 2 How is the complication rate including bloodclots at baystate 3 Is it true that Dr Kasper from the Mercy program does a half-lap surgery, that is lap but making a small incision because he likes to put his hand in.
