Questions about area hospitals and surgeons

I am currently looking into WLS with 2 programs, the one at Baystate and the new one at Mercy, both Springfield, Mass. I was hoping some post ops could answer some questions1) How is Baystate aftercare program. 2 How is the complication rate including bloodclots at baystate 3 Is it true that Dr Kasper from the Mercy program does a half-lap surgery, that is lap but making a small incision because he likes to put his hand in. I've heard that he does this on heavyweights like myself as well. Please post any Baystate or Mercy experiences. Any response appreciated. Have a good day.
