Question:
I have an HMP and I need to find out what the co pay for this is..

I have BC/BS federal hmp plan 332 , and my husband said to me that we might have some sort of co pay for this surgery. And I was wondering if anyone had the same plan I do and if so what type of co pay did they have? When I talked to the insurance company, they said it was covered. I have Anthem HMP (which is BCBS) Plan 332. I paid $5 for my co-pay on the initial surgeon consultation. Actually I had to pay the entire amount at the first consultation, but once the surgery was approved, I had the doctor's office resubmit for payment. Everything else was covered.
