I have an HMP and I need to find out what the co pay for this is..

I have BC/BS federal hmp plan 332 , and my husband said to me that we might have some sort of co pay for this surgery. And I was wondering if anyone had the same plan I do and if so what type of co pay did they have? When I talked to the insurance company, they said it was covered. My hospitalization is totally covered. Thanks Monica
