Question:
Has anyone ever woken up gaging on stomach contents?

In one day I 2 eposides of vomiting with lunch and dinner this was the first time since surgery 2/15/02. I went to sleep that night without any problems however around 4:45am I woke up gaging and cough something green and sour my throat was burning.    — maricela C. (posted on March 4, 2002)

It's esophogeal reflux. Stomach acid backing up into your throat and boy does it ever feel BAD! You should tell your doctor and he can prescribe something if Pepcid Complete (over the counter) doesn't handle it. My Doctor said it gets better with time.
