How long does it take to get an answer from Aetna EPO
They told me it takes 30 to 60 days. After one week they said it was sent to Dallas Patient Management. Another week has gone by and member services keeps telling me they know nothing more. They say they don't have a number to give me. — [Anonymous] (posted on November 1, 2001)

I have Aetna Open PPO and these are some of the phone numbers I have
collected over the past few months: 1.800.624.2000 (pre-cert)
1.800.945.0327 (can't remember what for) Hopefully one of these will work
for you!

I don't know about PPO, but I have Aetna HMO and was approved in 24 hours.
Just make sure you have EVERTHING they require so you don't have to do it
later in an appeal.
