Question:
I see where a lost of posters talk about having sugar free yogurt and pudding.

Where do you find it? I live in Indiana and have looked at several grocery chains and cannot find yogurt, and cannot find pudding in the cups, but did find chocolate and vanilla box mix.............any other posters in IN have any clues?    — Deb R. (posted on September 12, 2002)

I eat Breyer's sugar free yogurt, Blue Bunny makes it too, and Walmart has their own brand of sugar free yogurt--read the labels--as for the pudding the only sugar free I have found is boxed pudding--there is fat free--but not sugar free in the cups.. they do make sugar free gelatin in cups

I do not believe there is SF jello in cups...buy SF Jello Pudding Instant...it is really good. For Yogurt, you can by Breyers SF ice cream.

Where did you find the Breyers sugar free? I have been to three grocery stores and the best I could find was Dannon light.

Blue Bunny makes some fabulous products - more are now made with Splenda, too! Their Lite 85 yogurt is fat free and sugar free (with Splenda). I just tried their No Sugar Added/Reduced Fat ice cream (Neopolitan) -- OH MY GOD! YUM! To top it off, they sent me several coupons for the yogurt and a coupon for a 1/2 gallon of the ice cream ($4.89 value at my store)...simply for giving them my comments at www.bluebunny.com. I agree with other posters about the pudding -- get the instant, it is quite good and actually better than the sugar free cooked pudding. Good Luck! - Anna LAP RNY 7/3/02 -60lbs. p.s. Blue Bunny's website has a store locator also

I get the Wal Mart brand of SF yogurt. I think it tastes great! As far as SF pudding......look in the baking section of the store where they sell the boxes of jello and pudding. You will find it there.

Deb, I buy my yogurt at Ablertson's, it's the albertson's brand, and also the lite n fit yogurt is below the recommend sugar grams, they say if stay below the 12 grams of sugars you won't dump, I've been doing just fine, both brands have 10 grams, just go to the grocery store and look for hte No sugar added brands. take a note you'll never find sugar free yogurt, I tried and went on a hunt to find some, no luck it doesn't exsist out there... but there is the no sugar added kind which is really good. Best of luck to you.. Post op My 24th, 2002 down 80 pounds.
