I see where a lost of posters talk about having sugar free yogurt and pudding.

Where do you find it? I live in Indiana and have looked at several grocery chains and cannot find yogurt, and cannot find pudding in the cups, but did find chocolate and vanilla box mix.............any other posters in IN have any clues?
