Question:
I am looking for an accurate, inexpensive scale.

I am post-op, under 300 lbs., and I'd like to spend less than 50.00 -considerably less if possible:-). Are digital scales more accurate than mechanical scales? Please recommend a particular brand or model, and where you puchased it. Thanks.    — Jonathan M. (posted on September 3, 2001)

I got a non-digital scale at Walmart for $25.00. It haa an adjustable nob, so I adjusted it to what my doctor's scale said. It has worked great for me so far. I am not sure what the name is, but any scale like that will work.
