Question:
Help,i have been denied ..and i need to write an appeal letter

i have been denied ..Mamsi called my surgens office today with the bad news,my surgery date is 4/06/04 two weeks away .i called the insurance commisioners office today and was told to write an appeal letter......does anyone out there have a good one that you could e-mail to me?    — Regina A. Did they say 'WHY'? A good appeal letter will need to 'address' they why issue.

I'll tell you to keep trying! My insurance denied me two weeks before my surgery too and I was devestated. I fought with them for a month and kept the surgeon pushing me up two weeks at at time so that when I did get approved, I would only be two weeks away. You know what though? By getting my surgery date pushed up, I ended up having my surgery with a wonderful lady who has become a dear dear friend to me and we have walked this journey hand in hand. I thank God that my insurance postponed my surgery so that I could have this person to be with me and I with her.
