How do you know you still have fat? If you are working out 6 days a week
you have to be gaining muscle. I am 9 months post op and I started out at
over 400 lbs and I now weigh 235. I too exercise daily. I want to get rid
of this loose skin eventually but if I did not lose another pound I would
be greatful for what this surgery has given me back, my life. Keep up the
good work and think more positive. How many other 49 year olds do you know
that work out 6 nights a week?

Frustrating, isn't it? And has your appetite returned recently as well?
Mine has! I'm 42 yrs old, nearly 9 months out and down to 140 from a high
of 235. I am a gym rat too. I've still got another 10 lbs to get to my
initial goal, but probably could stand to lose a few more after that. My
belly is the worst, and I know it's fat not skin. I'm hoping it will shrink
when I lose these last few pounds. Barb 4/07/03 235/140/130
