How am I doing
I am 9 months out 49 yrs old starting weight 262 height is 5'1" I am down to 180 I would like to hear from others and see how you are doing I feel like I am at a stand still I work out 6 nights aweek for 1 to 11/2 hours drink 80 to 100 oz.water and do 75 to 100 grams protein. very few carbs no more tha 30 to 40 daily. But I feel like I am never going to get this fat off. any suggestions ?
