My sister-in-law has something similar as a result of being on the
respirator for 2 weeks following surgery. I know with her they had her
work with a speech therapist for a short while. She is fine now. Please
let your doctor know your concerns, ask what they can do to help with this
problem such as can you do speech therapy, is there a specialist (throat)
that you can see etc. Hope you feel better soon.
