Question:
Has anyone lost even after hiring walter lindstrom agianst insurance company?

I am just curious what the ratio is after hiring walter with overturning your insurance company. I used up my final appeal letter which is sent through an indendant reviewer. I was denied. Now I am thinking of hiring walter. Has anyone gone this far?    — Annette W. (posted on June 23, 2003)

I think that if you have used up all of your appeals with the insurance company on this, you are not going to be able to have Walter Lindstrom handle this through the normal appeal process. You can double-check this with him, but I think I remember seeing something like this on his site...JR

I hired Walter to handle my appeal. There was an exclusion with our insurance to begin with. I have written all about it in my profile. Unfortunately, Mr. Lindstrom was not able to help me get the approval I needed. I am now working and my employer elected to cover this surgery at the beginning of the year. I am eligible after being covered with the healthi insurance for one year. I am counting down the days until my appointment with the bariatic center and am hoping to have the surgery early next year.
