Has anyone lost even after hiring walter lindstrom agianst insurance company?

I am just curious what the ratio is after hiring walter with overturning your insurance company. I used up my final appeal letter which is sent through an indendant reviewer. I was denied. Now I am thinking of hiring walter. Has anyone gone this far?
