Question:
What kind of documentation is needed to get approval for Plastic surgery??

Hi,I am 1 year out, down 151 lbs (YEAH!!) and I am SO going to need a leg lift, butt lift, booby lift and my arms done. What should I be doing NOW in order to help my insuraunce pay for this? congrats on your success! every insurance co is different some will cover some wont and some will only cover certain stuff. I never thought mine would approve my tt but they did, i had my reg pcp write a letter on my behalf, he noted in the letter that i was experiences back pain and rashes and yeast infections from the exess skin on my tummy, also sent in pictures and the surgeon sent in his notes, i was approved in like a week, this of course is after i was told there was no way they would cover it... you never know till you try...i need other stuff done too but i was just happy to know i would at least get the tt covered so i didnt push it...good luck..
