Question:
I would like to know if anyone with Cigna PPO in Va has had trouble getting approval?

Specifically, I have Cigna PPO through my husbands work (Best Buy)when I call Cigna to ask about specifics they told me they approve on a case by case basis. So, I just want to know if anyone else out there from Va has experience dealing with them and what the outcome(s) was/were. Thanks!    — jenv (posted on January 10, 2003)

hi, i have cigna ppo in ohio and they say it has to be medically necessary...this is my second attemp...i have all the co-morbids i need so keeping my fingers crossed...good luck and hopefully we'll both be on the other side soon....chell

I am in California and was approved on the first try. My husband also has Cigna PPO. Feel free to email me and I can send you a copy of the letter my doctor sent in for my approval. [email protected]
