Question:
I would like to know anyone had a long term weight lose with the vgb

I had the vgb I weight 227 at the time I had surgery. I have lost 42 pounds I had surgery april 9 2002 I would like to get down to 150. I watch what I eat and I walk. The pounds are coming off so slow. Can anyone tell help me please.    — maxine84 (posted on December 17, 2002)

I'm pre op myself for the vgb, but I'm pretty excited about it and have been researching it for some time now. I found two members that can give you much hope. Don't read one without the other and you'll see why afterwards. check out the profiles of Donna Cozell first, from NY. and then check out Dione McCants also from NY. Hope this helps!!

I had the VBG in September. I have found a terrific support group on-line in the Yahoo groups. It is called VBG2. I would really recommend speaking with others who may be similar! Good Luck!
