I would like to know anyone had a long term weight lose with the vgb

I had the vgb I weight 227 at the time I had surgery. I have lost 42 pounds I had surgery april 9 2002 I would like to get down to 150. I watch what I eat and I walk. The pounds are coming off so slow. Can anyone tell help me please.
