Question:
What dosages of B Vitamins should we take post op and how often?
Recently I bought a bottle of Vitamin B-Complex Sublingual Liquid at Walmart (Spring Valley Brand) that has: 60 mg. of Vitamin C, 1.7 mg of B-2, 20 mg of Niacin, 2 mg of Vitamin B-6, 1200 mcg of Vitamin B-12, and 30 mg of Pantothenic Acid. Does this sound about right for WLS patients post op? And should I take this amount daily? Should I look for just the B-12 by itself? Any help would be appreciated. — Kimberly B. If your purpose is to get the B12, this won't do. The B12 has to be
sublingual or by shot to be absorbed. However, to get at the rest of the
B's, this would be a good start til you get labs telling you otherwise.

Michelle, This IS a Sublingual B-Complex formula. Sorry if I didn't make my
question clear. I am actually interested in finding out if this amount of B
Vitamins should be taken daily, every-other-day, weekly or what?
