What dosages of B Vitamins should we take post op and how often?

Recently I bought a bottle of Vitamin B-Complex Sublingual Liquid at Walmart (Spring Valley Brand) that has: 60 mg. of Vitamin C, 1.7 mg of B-2, 20 mg of Niacin, 2 mg of Vitamin B-6, 1200 mcg of Vitamin B-12, and 30 mg of Pantothenic Acid. Does this sound about right for WLS patients post op? And should I take this amount daily? Should I look for just the B-12 by itself? Any help would be appreciated.
