Question:
Can not locate

I am trying to help my sister gather her documentation for insurance. They want all prior diet documentation. Does anyone remember the "Panda Weight Loss Clinics". She used Phen-fen from that clinic, but they have long since closed down, and now she has no proof of that "documented weight loss attempt". I had a similar situation where the doc that prescribed my phen / fen packed up and moved to Mexico after all the bad press started. I went to the pharmacy where I had the prescription filled, told them the approximate dates, and they ran a report for that time period showing that I had actually been written a prescription by this doctor, and had it filled. I then wrote a letter to my insurance company explaining that the good doctor was in all likelyhood enjoying the sunny Mexican beaches and was unavailable for comment, but I did have the pharmacy records. They seemed to accept it, as I ultimately got approval.
