Question:
Have any of you joined Weight Watchers to help get into proper food habits?
I am 2-1/2 months post-op. I didn't feel like I was eating very healthy and wanted to try to develop better habits. I've never been able to stay on WW before surgery, but now I don't seem to want to cheat. I weighed 347 Nov. 19th on my surgery date. I now weigh 303. I don't know if I should have lost more by now. If I do Weight Watchers, what is the point value I should have a goal for -- the same they say for my weight or less. If anyone has any thoughts, please let me know. — Debbie H. Weight Watchers might be a good tool to help you learn to eat properly. You
probably won't be able to eat as much as they allow you to. Make certain
that you are consuming enough protein each day as well.
