Have any of you joined Weight Watchers to help get into proper food habits?
I am 2-1/2 months post-op. I didn't feel like I was eating very healthy and wanted to try to develop better habits. I've never been able to stay on WW before surgery, but now I don't seem to want to cheat. I weighed 347 Nov. 19th on my surgery date. I now weigh 303. I don't know if I should have lost more by now. If I do Weight Watchers, what is the point value I should have a goal for -- the same they say for my weight or less. If anyone has any thoughts, please let me know.
