This happens to me when I drink milk with my protien drinks. I switched to
water and it stopped. You might have a food allergy. Watch what you are
eating very carefully and try to figure out what it is. The best way to do
that is go back to broths for a day or two, the add one new food every few
days. Milk and dairy is usually the culprut!

I had the same problem. For me, it was bread. Even though I only had 1 or 2
bites, it caused symptoms like you described. I just quit eating any bread
for a few weeks and tried a bite and waited a day to see if I could
tolerate it. Have been fine since. Did this just start or have you had it
all along? Perhaps you should speak to your surgeon.
