does anyone have extreme bowel pain and feeling of throwing up?

every three days or so i get hit with extreme intestinal pain that requires an immediate trip to the bathroom at least twice a day usually in the morning.when it happens i also feel a strong need to throw while I'm going.i gag and spit alot but hav'nt thrown up yet,but I'm concerned about the strain to my pouch and the inconveniece.i drive truck and can't get to bathrooms easily.I'm 2 months post op.please give me some ideas that might help.I'm desperate!!
