Okay, so you've made a couple of not so good choices. That's normal, everybody does. Now, it's time to put that behind you, go back to day one and go through each step, from liquids to soft foods, a couple days each and then back to solids but good choices. Be sure to drink your water, and walk, walk, walk. You'll do just great. I'll be ruttin' for ya. Hugs, Carolyn

63 pounds in 4 months is good. The only thing I would add if your not already doing it is exercise. Regular heart pumping cardio gets that metabolism burning those calories that you are taking in. Watch the white carbs/snacking and sugar items. During your window of opportunity you should minimize these items, some would say eliminate them, but on my end, as long as you don't have them often you should still do well.

Christine, Hey girl sounds like you are doing ok to me. One thing you might ask yourself is are you actually eating enough. maybe you think you are and sometime the food choices might not be the best....maybe you should try fitday.com that is a great site. Remember if you don't eat enough your body will go into what is called starvation mode and it will literally CAPTURE all of the calories you allow it. In all reality our caloric needs are alot higher than what some think they are.I just went to calorieking.com and did an estimated goal for weightloss and it told me I should be eating at least1782 calories a day to lose 2.48 pounds a week. I myself have a very hard time consuming that many calories. Let alone all of them be good for me. Anyway just a thought for you. Take care you really are doing a good job. Everybody falls off the wagon hon! Get back in gear and start tracking everything you eat. Get back to the rules, proteint first, fruits and veggies and only carbs if you have room. Don't eat between meals. Do your water. Exercise. Take your vitamins. Just get yourself on a schedule for a while and you'll progress toward your goal in no time.

I know how you feel. I am a person that really likes sweets. I was eating those Edy Fruit Popsicles and they were full of sugar. I wouldn't eat just one, either. My surgeon said that I hadn't loss much in the pass two months and was concerned. I put those popsicles down and startes watching the sugar and made sure that I ate protein first and drank at least one protein shake daily. It worked! I loss about 20 lb. in the pass thirty days and it could be more, because I haven't weighed in a week, Try to fit two protein shakes in a day and eat low fat protein, not the Big Mac variety. You can get back on track. I am down 100 lb. in four months. Be Encouraged,
