I am 4mts post-op and have just stop i drink nothing but Water i take my vitamins and i get my protein i look for Protein first what wrong with me yes i have had some cookies and i have had a BigMac but its not all the time I started at 318 and i am down to 255 but i want to push on to my goal can you help me want else can i do Help Thank You for any help you can give
