Question:
Has anyone on here gotten approved through BCBS of AL PMD?

I work for Al. Power and I was wondering if anyone else on here has been approved that works for them. I have BCBS insurance, but ive heard rumors that i really just have Al. Power insurance and that BCBS just does their paperwork for them, that they actually have final say. My denial letter said "Deemed not medically necessary", but my bmi is 40.6 and i suffer from sleep apnea and GERD, as well as a host of other related problems. Help, anyone?    — Robert L. BCBS of FL denied me also my bmi was 40 I have diabetes, GERD, arthritis, polyneuropathy, retinopathy and the list goes on-they will not tell me why I was denied ---other than it is not a covered service and it clearly states in my policy that it is a covered service---fight them ---they think you will give up---I have hired Walter LIndstrom to fight my battle
