Has anyone on here gotten approved through BCBS of AL PMD?

I work for Al. Power and I was wondering if anyone else on here has been approved that works for them. I have BCBS insurance, but ive heard rumors that i really just have Al. Power insurance and that BCBS just does their paperwork for them, that they actually have final say. My denial letter said "Deemed not medically necessary", but my bmi is 40.6 and i suffer from sleep apnea and GERD, as well as a host of other related problems. Help, anyone?
