What is the codes for Hernia removal and tt?

I am on Texas Medicaid. I called them to see if they cover Hernia Removal and tt together. The person had no idea what I was talking about, and said that if I could get the codes he could tell me. The CPT code for a tt is 15831. There are several different types of hernia repairs (they don't remove them) so it would depend on what type of hernia you have. I can tell you that a hernia repair is covered by all types of insurance though.
