What is the codes for Hernia removal and tt?

I am on Texas Medicaid. I called them to see if they cover Hernia Removal and tt together. The person had no idea what I was talking about, and said that if I could get the codes he could tell me. One member gave me the code for tt, but I accidently deleted it from my email. So, if you could please help!
